One important note: LoansInstantly is a free matching service, not a lender. If your question is about an active loan — a repayment date, a payment plan, or your balance — your lender is the right contact, and their details are in your loan agreement. If you cannot reach them, contact LoansInstantly and we will point you in the right direction.
How fast will I get a reply?
Within 1 business day, usually sooner. Messages sent on weekends are answered Monday morning.
Can you check the status of my application?
We can confirm whether you were matched with a lender. Once a lender has your application, decisions and funding updates come directly from them — usually within minutes by email.
How do I make a complaint?
Email us with “Complaint” in the subject line and we will respond within 1 business day. If your complaint concerns a lender, we will share the lender’s complaint process and escalate it within our network. You can also contact your provincial consumer protection office at any time.
Can I have my information deleted?
Yes. Contact LoansInstantly by email and request removal — we will confirm once your details have been deleted from our matching system.
